Export an Excel workbook as CSV, then import it here. Download the sample to see the required columns.
Preview imports stay in this tab and replace sample data. No records are uploaded or stored on a server.
Required: id, name, city, state, lat, lng. Optional: specialty, company, bio. Coordinates are city centers; the sample includes these values.
Launch data will also include membership status, directory visibility, contact permissions, and source timestamps. Contact details are intentionally excluded from preview imports.
Lofty and BoldTrail are possible future integrations. Your team decides which records enter the directory, regardless of the source.

Google Sheets / CSV → admin review → private database → member search. The browser must never download the master spreadsheet. Server-side searches return only approved fields for the signed-in member’s allowed directory.
Use a stable member ID, name, city/state/country, city coordinates, specialty, membership status, visibility, source ID, and last-updated time. Keep contact fields separate and permissioned. Geocode missing city coordinates during import, cache results, and flag ambiguous cities for review.
Each sync is staged and validated before an admin publishes it. Preview additions, changes, removals, and duplicates. Failed syncs keep the last good directory available. Removing a record from a full-source import must be explicit and confirmed.
Launch with one team-owned directory. If sold to separate organizations, add organization IDs, tenant-scoped queries, isolated admin roles, and cross-tenant access tests before onboarding a second organization.
Invite-only accounts with server-enforced member/admin roles. Active membership grants directory access; expiry or removal revokes it. Start with admin-managed entitlements, then connect checkout or the existing sales platform if automated billing is needed.
Members search, view approved profiles, and save connections. Admins import, sync, approve, and revoke records and access. Regular members cannot upload, edit the master list, or export the directory.
Before launch, choose which profile/contact fields members can see, who qualifies for access, how long access lasts, and whether the product serves one network or multiple customer organizations.
